VISUAL CAMPUS
A network of CCTV surveillance cameras is strategically installed throughout the campus to monitor daily activities and ensure smooth and safe functioning of all areas. The system provides round-the-clock visual oversight to enhance safety and discipline.
IDENTITY CARDS
All students, faculty members, and staff are issued identity cards, which must be displayed prominently at all times within the campus premises. This practice ensures accountability and controlled access to college facilities.
SECURITY PLAN
A well-structured security framework has been established with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and contingency measures. Detailed action plans are in place to handle any unexpected situation swiftly and efficiently.
FIRE AND EMERGENCY EVACUATION
All members of the institution are regularly trained in safety and emergency procedures. Evacuation drills are conducted periodically to familiarize students and staff with the steps to be followed during emergencies such as fire or natural calamities.
Safety instruction placards are displayed at key locations across the campus, ensuring everyone is aware of the proper safety protocols. Additionally, traffic and transport safety guidelines are distributed to all drivers and faculty escorts to ensure the safe movement of students during transit.
SECURED & SAFE CAMPUS
The entire campus is under 24/7 security supervision with trained personnel stationed at entry and exit points. Continuous patrolling and surveillance ensure a 100% safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.
DROP-OFF & PICK-UP SYSTEM
A well-organized student transport management system ensures that students are picked up and dropped off at their designated locations safely and on time. In the event of any route changes or unforeseen circumstances, the college administration coordinates immediately to ensure the student’s safe arrival at their destination.
