Admission Procedure

Admissions are open to candidates who have passed the SSLC examination from the Karnataka State Board or any equivalent examination recognized by the Karnataka Pre-University Department.

ENQUIRY
- Admission enquiries are received through multiple channels — the official website, advertisements, emails, flyers, referrals, walk-ins, and Presidency feeder schools
- The Admission Department provides detailed guidance on the process and eligibility.
REGISTRATION
- Parents are required to fill out the Registration Form available on the college website or at the Admission Office.
- The Admission Officer reviews the forms daily and contacts parents to schedule an Admission Interview/Assessment.
- The Application Form must be filled completely and accurately. Incomplete forms will be considered invalid.
- Students can also apply online through the website by clicking the “Apply Now” option.
- An interview or counselling session will be scheduled for each candidate.
- Admission is confirmed only after verification of original documents and completion of formalities.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES & DOCUMENTS
Applicants must submit the following documents at the time of admission:
- 10th / SSLC / ICSE / CBSE Pass Certificate with Date of Birth proof
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the school/college last attended
- Migration Certificate and Eligibility Certificate (for students from outside Karnataka)
- Caste Certificate (SC/ST/2B/Other Categories), duly signed by the Gazetted Officer
- Conduct Certificate from the previous institution
- Address Proof (Aadhaar Card / Residence Proof)
- Six (6) passport-size photographs
